Bulk pricing doesnt apply sale price to other language

My site has 2 language, English and French with 2 zones, Canada and International.
When I set a sales price, I use the bulk pricing option to set prices for International and then Canada. When I visit the site, I see the changes work with english (default language) but it doesnt work with the French version…

I dont understand… There is no option to set prices based on LANGUAGE… so, how is it possible that on the EN the products are discounted but on the FR site the prices are regular…
