Bulk order table issue

I’ve been using this plugin for a while with great success until the latest update and now its not showing the bulk discounts incorrectly and instead showing a price it is showing “-” instead. I’ve trying to temp downgrade to version “4.1.3” and this resolved the issue, but I can’t keep it at this version, do you know what could be causing this?
