Bulk Optimizer is not working properly

Hi,
I just bought OptimusHQ today and after activating my key when I run the bulk optimize, it worked fine for the first 83 images but from that point it is not optimizing any more images. Just showing “Optimizing”. I’ve tried many times, but the result is same every time.

What to do now? Also, is there no premium email based support for the paid users?
