Bulk Insert / Preset – US States

Hey guys –

Was just curious to know how come in the Bulk Insert/Presets for a Dropdown Select you have Countries, Continents, & Canadian Providences but there is nothing for US States? I know there is a Field Type for States/Provinces but why is this different?

Also, is there a way that “States” and “Provinces” could be separated? I find many of the forms I am putting together do not need the Provinces and I am having to populate the dropdown manually just to get rid of Provinces as options. I have gotten questioned about it from a a few clients and I now find myself adding States manually on every form I build since I have switched to using this form builder primarily.
