bulk import The FastCGI process exceeded configured request timeout

  • Hi,

    There is an AD group we cannot import with the bulk import tool,
    We always get 500 error from the CGI for timeout, and even if we increase the timeout duration we get the same.
    We are running the WordPress website on IIS 8 and using PHP 5.6 (also for the CGI),
    Do you know any issues with the bulk import that can cause this situation ?
    this is the error i get.
