  • Hello @vvar07,

Thank you for reaching out and for being a Tutor LMS Pro user! I see that you’ve posted this question in the free forum. Since you’re a Pro user, you also have access to our dedicated support channel, where you can get more personalized assistance.

Regarding your query, unfortunately, Tutor LMS does not currently support bulk importing students using a CSV file directly. However, there are a couple of alternative approaches you can consider:

    • Site Migration: You can migrate your site. This might be a viable option if you’re looking to bring over more than just student data, such as courses and content.
    • Custom Database Import: This approach would require you to import the student data directly into the database. This method does require some technical expertise, particularly with databases.

    Hello @urnafiz

Thank you so much for your prompt response!

Seems like the only option for now is to do the Custom Database Import because my students are in Thinkific (another platform).

Could you please provide me with some guidance on how to do the Custom Database Import?

I’m guessing I’ll have to access the Tutor LMS files with FTP (e.g. using Filezilla) but I don’t know what file(s) I’m supposed to look for and (potentially) how to edit it properly.

Last but not least, will I need to make my students also WordPress users? Because I think there is a connection between Tutor LMS Students and WordPress Users (e.g. You cant manually enroll a student if the student is not a WordPress user first.

    Thanks in advance!
