    Hi,

When clicking on The bulk import button it said : “There are some issues with your csv file” but I am totally sure there is no issues because I downloaded the sample file.

So this doesn’t work at all.

Please note that I have the latest version of WP, Woocommerce and PHP 7.3 and all my plugin are up-to-date.

It seems that other users also having this bug.

Can you find a fix please

    Thank you

Hi, this is not a bug, you are probably using Excel to edit your Excel file and excel adds special characters to CSV files which create the issues.
Check our docs on bulk upload tracking information to orders for more guidelines and let me know if you need more help
    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply. But of course I read the documentation and I use openoffice, I even use text editor to be really sure that the file was correct.

So I think there might be a bug somewhere, I tinker the code a bit and was able to make it work on Internet Explorer only lol. Still not working on chrome. Very strange.

Or maybe it’s not a bug and you know why this can happen ?

    Best regards

Ok, I work with Google Docs and I download as Comma-separated values and it works in chrome, maybe this is the best solution.
