Bulk import not showing on subcategories

Hello,
I’ve done a bulk import of products onto my store, but something weird is happening with the categories. The imported products show under the main menu category, but do not show under the subcategories- for example, it shows under the main category “furniture”, but not under the subcategory “coffee tables” when it should be showing in both. However, when I was trying some things in the menu, I ended up removing the subcategory and then re-adding it to see if that would do anything. After removing the subcategory and then re-adding it, then the subcategory shows the products that were just bulk imported, but not the products that were already in there. Anybody have any fixes? Thanks.

I’d like to know how are you importing the products, is this made via CSV file? Is this made via any plugin?
In case it was made via CSV file, when checking the Product CSV Import Schema it shows how you can manage this field specifically.
