Bulk Images from URL to Gallery

Is there any plugin that allows you to make gallery with images inserted from a URL? Images are stored on another server.
I’ve uploaded over 8 to 9 GB of images on a website to show to a client and that website got hacked now I’ve another server which is fine and the images are still on the server and because the website is down I’m unable to view them on website so I thought of using those URL and showing images on a different website that I’ve hosted on another server.
