bulk generic e-mails to members list

    Is it possible to send generic bulk e-mails to an entire membership list from the admin dashboard?

    I see that there are some premium plugins on notifications but this did not seem to have what I am after. I would like to maintain the e-mails inside my dashboard instead of using outlook groups.
