My website is still in development

I am using Dokan in combination with Eventin. Unfortunately there is no way to perform a bulk full refund for all of the tickets purchased for a single event. I am trying to devise and implement a work around. Please answer these questions if you can and also please provide any code that can be added to the functions.php file in the child theme of the Bizxpo theme I purchased last month from you to achieve the goals described below. Thank you

[1] Does each event have its own unique metadata identifying the event and is that unique metadata assigned to all of the event’s ticket orders processed with Stripe for Woocommerce?

[2] Is it it possible to create a woocommerce cart restriction that only allows a customer to order tickets for one event per order essentially making sure that the cart and order only contains tickets for 1 event?

If I can force customers to only be able to buy tickets for 1 event event per order, then if an event is cancelled or must be refunded for some other reason, I can simply login into my Stripe Dashboard in the Stripe website and use the event’s unique identifying metadata to search and filter for all of the ticket orders for that event and then bulk fully refund all of the event’s ticket orders using Stripe’s bulk full refund feature.

*I also posted this support question at https://themewinter.com/support. I also posted this support question in the Eventin WordPress Plugin forum in case someone else has this same concern but you can reply here or there if you wish; I understand and respect that you would like to consolidate all support contacts at https://themewinter.com/support. Thank you

    Hello Trevv,

Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us. If you refund the WooCommerce order, all event attendees will be automatically marked as refunded.

To relate attendees to events, you can use the Eventin metadata with the prefix “etn_”. Specifically, the meta “etn_event_id” helps establish the connection. For a detailed guide, you can refer to this video: https://youtu.be/plfu7lBCBwU.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have restrictions on cart items. It would need additional customization to apply your customized rules to the cart or checkout page. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

    Best regards
