    I contacted support but she never emailed back, maybe I can get someone to help me here. I need to change the email address of a subscriber. I tried doing it via CSV but it will not work. I keep getting this error:
    First-line CSV headers MUST contain (at a minimum); one of: “ID”, or “email” together with a “post_id”.

    I’ve got the user_id and email columns, there’s no way to do individual post_id’s as there are too many to do this individual for one person.

    What to do?

  • Only one ? Isn’t it possible to modify mail adress in admin console, i can do that for on user, just change the email.

    The one user need to change his email address for all his subscriptions. It’s been changed on his profile page but it doesn’t change the email addresses for all of his subscriptions for comments/posts.

    @aptharsia The best way to do this would be to run an export of all subscriptions (Config. Options → Import/Export → CSV Export), then open the CSV file and do a search/replace for the email address in question, save the CSV file, and re-import it into Comment Mail to do a mass-update.

    Note that CSV Export is a Pro-only feature. Please also note that as per the WordPress Forum Guidelines we’re not allowed to provide support for the Pro version here on these forums. Please use our forums or, if you already have the Pro version, you can open a support ticket.

    BTW, I have over 32,000 subscriptions so it’s not a fast swap to do that.

    I see, yes, that sounds like it could get really tedious. I’ve opened a feature request so that we can work towards getting a feature added to Comment Mail that makes this task easier: https://github.com/websharks/comment-mail/issues/332
