Bulk Editor page will not load

The bulk editor page in my admin panel will no longer load on our site. I searched through the forum and found a suggestion to disable all other plugins, however that did not work.

This problem seemed to start happening after the latest update to both the bulk editor and woocommerce.

Is there any chance of getting this fixed?

I also noticed that my Chrome console is giving errors while loading the bulk editor:
