    Hello Jose,

    I have 3 questions for you:

    1) I have mistakenly imported some posts and the slug url has not been generated automatically… so it now redirects each page to a websiteurl.com//… how to fix it?

    2) If I upload 100 posts, when I try to reupload them since I have made some changes to the post, is there the risk that it will duplicate them? how to avoid that?

    3) How to import chinese traditional characters? I have tried importing a .csv file that had also some chinese characters but they ended up been shown as ???? in the website

    Hi. Thank you for getting in touch.

    1- You can regenerate the slugs following these steps:
    – Open the bulk edit tool in the toolbar
    – Select column: urls lug
    – Type of edit: copy from other column
    – Copy from the “post title”

    This will generate the slugs from the titles

    2- In the step 3 of the import you can select if you want to update existing posts by ID, title, or other fields. If you use the right import settings, it won’t duplicate them.

    3- Make sure the CSV uses UTF-8 encoding. Our plugin works well but sometimes the spreadsheet programs (excel, etc.) save the CSV using a different encoding.

    Hello Jose,
    thank you very much.

    For point 3 I’m still unable to upload them successfully. Even when saving the CSV file with UTF-8 unicode it shows those letters as ? when doing the import pages on wpsheeteditor.

    I have also tried to save it in UTF8 on notepad++ but still nothing. When I upload it it gives ???

    Examples of the things I’m trying to import are these words:

    A.V.O.D. Kurutulmu? Gida Ve Tarim ürünleri A.?.
    Aciselsan Acipayam Selüloz Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.?.
    Adana ?imento Sanayii T.A.?.
    CHINA UNITED NETWORK COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED (中国联通)
