Bulk edit tags not working

    I am trying to bulk add tags to images I just loaded and I check all the images I want to change, and then go to the BULK ACTIONS drop down to ADD TAGS and nothing happens. No dialog box on what to add, no refresh of page. I have tried multiple browsers and am currently up to date with all updates. Any ideas? I have hundreds of images to tag and am currently doing them one by one. I looked in the directions on the site and it doesn’t show what the bulk edit visually looks like so I can’t tell if I am looking for a pop up or field to appear. DELETE TAGS and OVERWRITE TAGS have the same issue. Nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I did a quick test, and that feature is working ok.
    You can assign those tags in each gallery by using the bulk option “Add tags”.

    A pop-up will be visible, and then you can apply the tag to those selected photographs

    But it seems that you are experiencing something else.
    You probably need to check for conflicts.
    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
    – Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
    – If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

    A full website backup is recommended.
