    Hi,

I’ve got a discount rule set up so that if there is more than 1 item in the cart, a blanket 10% discount is applied to the cart.

This works if there are two different items in the cart, but if there are two items are the same (i.e it has a ‘quantity’ of 2+ and isnt a separate line item) then woo discount rules still sees that as a single item and doesn’t apply the discount.

What do I need to do to fix this?

https://ibb.co/gW6hB4b – 2 of the same line item – no discount

    https://ibb.co/9NK55FZ – 2 different line items – discount applied

https://ibb.co/1rf0730 – Woo Discount Rules settings

    Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is Sangeetha from Customer Support Team.

Also, thanks for the detailed screenshots.

Can you give a try by choosing “Filter set above” instead of “all variants in each product together” ?

We hope that making this adjustment will effectively resolve the issue you’re facing. Kindly test this solution, and please let us know how it goes.
