Bulk Delete

    How does bulk delete work. I downloaded the plugin but I’m not very familiar with WP. I thought that I might need it. However I did not consiously use it but now it has created a ton of images that I don’t think I’m using. Can I use bulk delete to get rid of all the images that WP Retina create without deleting my original photos? How do I do this. thanks

    Hello Matt!

    The bulk mode on WP Retina 2x is not dangerous, it will not delete your own files. Yes, the retina process has to generate a lot of files (almost double, but you can optimize that through the settings). You can however click on DELETE ALL in the Retina dashboard and it will remove all the retina images. It’s safe so don’t be too scared ??

    I’ve been trying to use the Bulk delete function (the generated retina images are eating up my hosting space) but it freezes at 12% and locks up every time. How can I use this function without having it lock up?

    UtilityPole, you should open a new thread about this here, I think it would be better ?? And check your PHP error logs, the answer is there.
