bulk change – from bounced to confirmed status

    I had more than 50 subscribers marked as bounced today due to an probem with spamcop and the IP address I was using on MailGun. These are valid addresses and I’l like to find a way to change them all back to confirmed status from the current bounced status. Can’t find an easy way to do this in the Newsletter plugin. Can’t find a thread in support that addresses this. Advice appreciated.

    There is not a easy way to change the status of exactly those subscribers, you can list the bounced addresses from the subscribers management panel.

    Or you can try to build a list of those email and import them from the import panel with the overwrite mode and forcing the confirmed status.

    Thanks, I was afraid it might take some effort like that. Can I suggest you add a simple way to bulk change status by clicking on multiple lines in the subscribe panel and allowing a bulk change of status?

    I was able to export the bounces and import them again, overwriting over the bounced records with confirmed status, but this took a good amount of time.
