Bulk Assign Featured Images To Pages/Posts?

  • Hello, I am trying to ask how to bulk assign Images to pages and posts. I know I seen lots of mysql inserting but when I try to understand post id it seems like it be to hard to do that way but is it possible to use something relative like post title to assign the images. Post Id seems like I’d have to know alot about how it’s assigned in the SQL database rather then me understanding I have a page named “My Page” and want “My Image.jpg” assigned to it. Now what I am doing is I have 200 + pages 160 of them no featured images assigned to them yet (few hours or days, weeks to do!) to insert what pages and the images I want set as their assigned featured image. Any one know how to do this? I have few sites that this would be soooo great to use it for saving me time to do other things.

    Thanks! The first one is what I have been thinking of exactly. Free and able to select featured images from the media library without having to go page to page assigning featured images. Bad thing is it did not work. It never showed up in the media library. I realize it might be that I am using the most upto date WordPress or PHP version or something like that. So I am going to wait until tomorrow and test it again. I have caching plugins and management turned on so it might also be that. I thank you so much for giving me the right exact plugin but for now it’s a dud. I might look into fiverr.com or paid programer to program something like it and see if I can get it done cheaply than offer it to everyone for a small price like $5. Make my money back and a little on the side and allow people to enjoy the quicker way to assign featured images. Thanks for real you gave me what I wanted. Peace

    Still open until I get thing together for idea’s or and exact matching capabilies of the Bulk-Select-Feautured-Images Plugin.
