Bulk and Quick Edit don't work

Your changelog mentions that Bulk and Quick Edit are fixed in 1.3.1. However, the admin posts page is extremely slow with 1.3.1, and I’m only seeing a long list of checkboxes with blank descriptions for my CPT-onomy when I try a bulk/quick edit of posts.
