Bulk adding Title tag to images

Hi,

I’ve been reading the plugin documentation and this forum, but I still need help. What I’m trying to accomplish is bulk edit images from the Media library Assistant page to add alt text and title tags to images inserted in posts, so that I get something like this:

<img alt="alternative text for the image" title="image title that shows when hovering mouse pointer" etc... />

Alternatively, something like this would be good:

<img alt="ALT TEXT" title="[SAME AS ALT TEXT]" etc... />

Is it possible?
