bulk add redirect not working

Hi, the bulk redirect does not work. When I try it does not redirect on 404 links but on ip addresses. When I go to check on the redirect page I find another 404.

example:

redirect this “/subtle/775/ and this “/f/51_tle/34668”

url of start: this 54.36.149.107 and this 54.36.148.122

the redirect result is: namesite.com/wp-admin/54.36.148.122 namesite.com/wp-admin/54.36.149.107 this link are 404 not found
