Bulk add full size photos vertically to a post

Hi, I’m looking for a simple way to bulk upload my photos into a blog post and have them show full size stacked vertically down the page. Right now if I insert multiple images into a post it creates gallery thumbnails linking to the full-size images.

Just wondering if there is a simple modification I can make to my theme or if there is a plug-in out there that handles this. Thanks for any suggestions.
