Bulk add attendees to an event

    We have a requirement of being able to add multiple attendees to an order that we take by phone, and currently we can only manually add attendees from the backoffice one by one, which creates a single order for each.

    I have a few follow-up questions:

    • Has this been implemented / is on the roadmap in 2024?
    • Is there a page or a place where feature requests such as this one can be followed up by the users?
    • Is there a hook currently that we can leverage for our purpose?

    We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.

    It seems you have some questions about the import-export feature.

    Well, we have implemented the import-export feature in version 3 last year and recently after the mega release of version 4 somehow the import option is behaving weirdly, and our team is working with it https://prnt.sc/-2DDYioV289V

    For now, we don’t have any hook functionalities to import attendees or events. But soon we will do something about it.

    Hello Mahbub, thanks for your reply and sorry for the late reply on my side.

    I don’t think it’s related as much to an import/export functionality (export from one installation and import in another), but more related to the “Add attendee” function in the EventIn admin > Attendees > Add (attendee to an event).

    In the current version, we can add attendees to an existing event on an EventIn install, one by one, from the admin. And what we’d like to achieve is add multiple attendees to an event, in one go ??

    Thanks to let me know if it’s in deed related to the export/import function you mentioned or not, and if there’s a plan for it.

    We are sorry to let you know that, currently we do not have the bulk attendee adding option to the event, but we have Webhook for Attendee creation so you can use and manipulate them to fulfill your needs.
