Bulk Activation Bug in WordPress 5.5.1

  • Quotes Collection activates individually, but in bulk activation I’m consistently getting the error:

    Something went wrong: The link you followed has expired.

    Plugins above Quotes Collection will activate. But no plugins below it will, until I uncheck Quotes Collection.
