Bulk activate plugin

Sorry you weren’t specific enough. I thought you meant the controls for doing that were gone. The MU plugin sets a global variable that is used as a cache so that the list of plugins doesn’t have to get generated several times on every page load. It looks like that variable is interfering because I set it too soon. I’ll release a new version shortly that doesn’t interfere on the plugin or update pages.

Version 3.2.5 fixes that issue.
