Bulgarian Characters Showing Incorrectly in Yoast Breadcrumbs

Hi,

I am currently adding some foriegn language pages to a clients website and I’ve coppied over the Bulgarian content into the CMS. I’ve created Bulgarian permalinks however when the page is published, the Bulgarian characters are showing up as a messy string of numbers & letters rather than the Bulgarian characters.

As you can see, even when I past the URL anywhere (into another browser, word document, excel etc..) it changes the URL to this messy string rather than keeping it as the Bulgarian Characters.

The issue I am trying to fix at the moment is the Breadcrumb train on the actual website.

As you can see, just below the banner the breadcrumbs are also showing this messy string which I need to fix.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
