Built-in statistics

I am using bbclone – and it works great with WP1.5:

You only need to insert a small line of code in your WP template.

Why should this be an official feature? I thought the philosophy of WordPress was to keep things lean and offer a rich set of plugins.

I’m astounded that no one yet has mentioned the WP-Stattraq plugin. It does everything people are talking about here and more.

As far as I can see it ain’t working with 1.5? And nobody is taking over from Randy.

StatTraq is working fine for me under 1.5

Yes, Shaun Inman Stats is incredible. Just upload the file to plugin directory, activate the plugin and done! You get everything you need. Try it. I have installed it at my weblog: https://www.jalansutera.com. I use WP 1.5.1.2
