    Hi,

After an update with KB plugin, I have no more social sharing-buttons (built-in in active theme) at the articles. The articles are as Knowledge Base page.

Is there something changed in the plugin when this is not anymore possible? Before the new update, the social sharing buttons were online at the bottom of the article page.

I have walkthrough the settings (also of KB) but I can’t find anything to switch it on. I found this very handy so visitors can share this with their relatives and to increase more traffic.

At this moment the new KB website is not online and is in development mode.

    Greetings,
    Bas

    Hi Bas,

The latest update should not have affected your social buttons. Have you updated other plugins as well? You can try disabling the CSS Defaults and Resets in the KB configurations.

If you need further help with our knowledge base plugin we would be very happy to help you. Please open a support ticket on our website at https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/technical-support/

    Hi Dave,

All plugins and WordPress Core are up-to-date and nothing is changed at the CSS (theme).
Where Can I find the CSS Defaults and Resets in KB Configuration?

I don’t understand why my topic was been set on ‘Resolved’. My issue is not been resolved at this moment and I didn’t change the status of my topic.
Due different timezones of us, I look later on my open topic(s) and respond as quickly.

    Thanks in advance.

    Sincerley,
    Bas

    Hi Dave,

Small update: Problem has been resolved by CSS Defaults and Resets in the configuration and changing the template.
Somehow, this was changed to Knowledge Base Theme, and not to the current theme (Under Old Config -> Template.).

Hereby my issue has been resolved and my topic-status is been updated.

    Sincerley,
    Bas
