    Hi there, I had this problem previously, see my old thread here. I don’t remember there being any solution to it before, it just eventually stopped happening on its own. Now it’s happening again.

    Like last time, if people press on the audio, then the voice says different letters and numbers than what’s visually shown. If people type what they see in the visual, it will always be wrong, but if you type what the audio says, it will be right. Considering probably 99% of people never click the audio, that basically means no-one can sign up for my newsletter.

    I’ve just tested on my test website and I couldn’t replicate this issue. It’s most likely a plugin conflict going on on your site. Please, follow these steps to determine what’s causing the issue:

    How to test for theme and plugin conflicts

    If you want you can clone your site to a staging environment and perform these tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
