Building/Managing Multiple Sign Up Lists

This would be a good use case for the Easy Sign Up Widget’s Hidden Label option.

The label will be included in a hidden form field, allowing you to keep track of different campaigns.

To use this feature in the shortcode you would use the attribute esu_label

for me this plugin works right out of the box – thanks

which got me to thinking,
I would like to have multiple signups on my website
with each one having either a different url (thank you page has some unique information) or possibly different content in the thankyou email response

is this possible?
