Building page

I want to set up a new WordPress page for my site that will call up weather for my area from the National Weather Service, but display the info inside my own page. I attempted this but see a blank page (very briefly) before beingjumped to the NWS data shown in its own page !!!!! To see what I am talking about, visit https://www.pamlicoink.com/wordpress and click on the “weather” link on the top menu bar. Hope someone can help . . .
