Building my site as an admin.. while keeping a different theme running for users

  • As the title says:

    I want to have my site live, as just a blog.

    In the meantime, I want to develop the real version of it behind the scenes, with a different theme, and without content and pages visible to the users who log on until i’m ready.

    Any suggestions / possible solutions are very welcome!

  • you can make a subdomain, a multisite is another options

    I hadn’t thought of the subdomain idea.. that could work.

    If i’m blogging on my subdomain though, is it not difficult to move those posts to the main site when the time comes?
