Building first WP site – Plugin recommendations needed

    I have just joined the WordPress community (no no I have not been hiding under a rock :)) and I would like to take the opportunity to extend a huge THANK YOU! to the developers and community member for providing the excellent framework free :). The installation was easy as falling off a log and I am just about to start diving in. I would like to start off by building a test site with the following features and I am looking for plugin recommendations from users who have had a good experience with add-ons to implement these.

    1. Polls
    2. Search Engine Friendly (SEF) URLs
    3. A dedicated photo gallery with JavaScript framework effects
    Lightbox, Slimbox, Thickbox, etc)
    4. An in-article/content based gallery
    5. Youtube video integration
    6. A Site Map
    7. Contact Form
    8. CAPTCHA for comments and if possible registration and contact forms
    9. Wiki (brige or native plugin)
    10. Forum (bridge or native pugin)
    11. Advanced (filtered) search

    I would be extremely grateful for any plugin recommendations regarding implementation of the above features.
