Building Blog Page

Am trying to build Blog portion of site and am looking for guidance (either here or link to reference/learn). I want to build a basic main blog page that will include the meta information (author, date, categories, date, comments, etc.) for each post and on the post that it’ll link to. I see that ‘Posts’ has this. But, I don’t see Blog as option in Templates when creating beaver Builder—maybe I deleted? I’ve created some ‘Posts’, and basically want them on the Blog page, which currently blank. Maybe I’m not understanding the ‘Posts’ vs. ‘Pages’ concept?
I know the following is the Pro version, but I’m looking to do something such as:

From what you write, I think you need to set-up a static FrontPage.
and separated “Blog” page…If that is the case, please follow the guide from next topic:
