Building an “I can haz cheezburger”

All I am looking for is to be pointed in the right direction on a few different things. I am looking to build a blog that is similar in design and function of “icanhascheezburger.com”. Not too similar in design as cheezburger is a tacky website. I’m more interested in layout and function. Here are some of the things that I need help finding information on. Like I said, I only really need to be pointed in the right direction.
1. Are there any themes that are already set up something like this? There are a ton of themes and I’ve been searching for a while already.
2. How do I go about setting up a rating system for each post?
3. How do I set up the “redit, digg, facebook share, stumble upon, sharing bar” after each post?
I’m not trying to set this up to be a real personal blog. All I would like to do is showcase a certain type of video in a manner similar to how cheezburger does it. Any and all information you might throw my way would be helpful. Right now I’m swimming in a big confusing ocean of new stuff.
