Builder sections missing

I have a client with Make Plus (license now expired). They reported to me today that a page they tried to edit they can no longer edit. The builder sections are totally missing. When I switch the page to the default template, I can see all the code for the builder sections, but the page apparently isn’t recognizing them when the builder template is active. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
