Builder not working on a page

    I was using the page builder for a month and today when I was editing some of the contents of the page,it took too much time to save(it doesn’t complete the saving).So I refresh the page using reload button of my browser.After that I am unable to edit the page using builder.I tried it on other pages and found working fine.I deactivated and then deactivated the plugin and still no results.
    N.B:
    1)The theme and builder tools are loading.But the content is not loading.
    2)I can’t exit the builder and no tools or buttons of the builder is not responding.
    3)It is working on other pages.

    Pleas help me to solve this issue.

    It sounds like there is a conflict with either some custom code or a plugin. Could you shoot me temporary login details to test? My email is justin [at] fastlinemedia [dot] com.

    Thanks Justin for your valuable reply.At last I found the problem.Recently I installed a new plugin called Nextend Image Magnifier (the plugin wasn’t updated for more than 2 years) and I was working with it.I deactivated the plugin and tested Builder and found working fine.I removed the short codes on the pages and reactivated the plugin and now both are working fine.

    Hi there,

    I have Beaver Builder Version 1.6.4.3 installed and it works brilliantly, but when I logged in now it does not show on any page and I can’t edit anything.

    Could you please help?

    Hey Chris,

    Thanks for posting! Problems like these are usually caused by a 3rd party plugin conflict. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin. Let us know how it goes!

    Hi there I am using beaver Builder lite and yesterday it stopped allowing me to edit my pages or create new ones

    I deactivated all plug ins as you mentioned above and it wont even work as the only plug-in activated

    I just got the same problem. BB suddenly stopped and I am not able to edit my pages anymore.

    Hey Rashid,

    Beaver Pagebuilder worked great yesterday, now I can’t click any of the buttons and update my pages.

    My problem is solved now. Actually, there was a problem at my ISP side, the cache was not cleared at their end. In fact, after number of failed attempts when I tried to switch my connection with another ISP (fortunately have two ISP connections) it immediately responded and my BB starts working perfectly as before.

    Then for endorse my exploration again, I switch back the the 1st ISP and got the problem again.

    Therefore, please try to check your ISP side as well.
