Builder Editing Issues

    Hello!

    We are experiencing issues with the builder on one page specifically. All other pages work to edit as normal.

    Several issues exist:
    1. When the editing options do show, we can not duplicate elements, can not add in new elements. A spinner shows up.
    2. Issues saving, does not resolve when trying to save/publish edits.
    3. Currently the page no longer shows the menu/options to edit.
    4. Some users are experiencing getting logged out of the editing screen when attempting to make edits.

    Other notes:
    WP Core is up to date.
    All site plugins are up to date.

    PHP memory errors in the log:
    [21-Jun-2021 13:46:52 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 48041984 bytes) in /wordpress/drop-ins/object-cache.php on line 165

    We need assistance troubleshooting this further. Duplicating the page (following these instructions-https://docs.wpbeaverbuilder.com/beaver-builder/getting-started/bb-editor-basics/duplicate-your-beaver-builder-layout-to-another-page/) help get the editing tools to show but then the other issues are still there as well.

    Hey @freshysites,

    Thanks for getting in touch! And apologies for the delayed response here.

    It looks like that specific page used up all of the available memory.

    I would suggest getting in touch with your hosting and see if they can increase the memory cap on your site. ??
