Build your own sandwich (attributes & add-on pricing)

Here’s what I’m trying to do:
I’m selling a breakfast sandwich for $5.
– Add Ham +$2.00
– Add Egg +$0.50
– Add Cheese +$0.50Essentially, I need the customer to be able to choose from a check-box-like option menu to customize the sandwich.
I have read the documentation, searched the forums and still can’t find a way to do it. I even tried Markup by Attribute for WooCommerce, which sounds like it would work, but it only lets you choose one attribute at a time.
What am I missing? This was drop-dead simple in OpenCart.

@seank123 Thank you very much. This fits the bill (mostly).
It’s still a little odd that I have to create a variation for the basic item itself, and the user could conceivably un-check it, creating a situation where they can’t add the item to the cart. Maybe I can hide the option with css and leave it checked on by default.
