I seem to get this many times,
I’ve changed my php.ini to make it maximum file size etc, 900 sec run time etc.
However, I keep getting the error:

    WARNING: Unable to zip directory
    DETAILS:
This hosted server may have a disk quota limit.
Check to make sure this archive file can be stored.

It’s weird because I definitely know I have enough disk space, I am using only a fraction of my 20gb from my host (i’m not on an unlimited plan)

    Any ideas?

I would also like to note:WARNING: Unable to zip directory
I read it may be ‘permissions’ however I doubt it because on the same server, but on different subdomains it works, so I doubt it’s any permission errors.

  • Hey @jjjaay9,

Permissions are isolated down to the folder/file level so there is a chance that the new location could have different perms and file owners. If you think permissions are definitely not the issue it might be related to timeout issues… Does the Duplicator log file complete successfully? Also how big is your overall package including the files and database this may cause issues if they are too large.

    Cheers~
