    I can convert theme from html+css to wordpress cms but how can I do with my ecommerce theme depend on any ecommerce plugin or woocommerce plugin/jgoshop … , I need a simple tutorials to start.

    Download Emporium for eShop. Although the theme will function without the eShop plugin, it has extra functionality and design features that work when the plugin is installed & active. The theme is free & GPL, so take it apart and see what you can re-use.
