Bugs with Widgets SiteOrigin Pro

I used this plugin in its free version but for my last site I realized that the display of thumbs no longer worked with the thumbs height setting equal with the widget “blog posts” …
After hours of searching for a specific setting, I ended up buying the pro version of this plugin (on the site wp-inked it is well specified “fast support by email”) and ….
On a dozen choices of thumbs sizes only 2 displays work correctly… ok, so I do with.
But the big surprise is that the navigation for the posts display does not work either!
You click on the button and … it shows the same posts while in the address bar of the browser there is … / 2 /
Unable to find the email of the support, besides the site is almost empty in “member zone”.
I do not know what to do yet…
Please help me !
