  • I think I have the same problem. The edit options are not available in the WordPress new post window.

    How can I go back to 2.7.9 without losing my raings I already have?

    We’ve just released a fix v2.8.0.1, could you please try to upgrade and let me know if that resolved the issue. Thanks!

    That seems to have fixed the problem.
