Bugs, unresponsive support

While I really like Qubely in theory, when working with the paid Pro version, you stumble across many bugs and inconsistencies. Bugs that are so obvious that you wonder why this was released. That alone wouldn’t be much of a problem, if their support was responsive. It takes them 4-7 days to react to an email. If the email thread goes back and forth, add another 4-7 days to each reply. Sometimes, they don’t respond at all, and you have to send them reminders, and they still don’t respond.
All fair game for the free version, but for a paid subscription, this is just unacceptable.
