BUGS – Simple Product Seen as Variable Product in Category page

    hello we just noticed that in category page, every product that has the “Flexible Product Fields” active, for simple product should be has “add to cart” button, instead it will show ‘select options’, means show as Variable product.

    theme: fatsome
    woocommerce: 7.5.1
    PHP: 7.4

    Hello @wongkediri

    This is not an error. Select options appears when at least one field is required so must be completed before adding to cart. For this reason it cannot be added to the cart without being configured. If additional fields are not required – then the Add to cart button will appear.

    It does not matter if the product is simple or variable.
