    Hi,

    I have the Premium installed, however I am out of support period and I cannot add a ticket directly so I am writing here.

    I am using a plugin (Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce, Version 1.6.3 | By StudioWombat) to add priced and unpriced options to my products. I have tried a couple of such plugins and it comes down to the Wholesale plugin that it doesn’t add the proper calculations to the Cart. I think I have spotted two bugs:

    Bug 1.
    With the Wholesale user not logged in, the price of the addon option is not added to the product in the cart. For example, if the product costs 100 and the added option is 10, the Cart shows 100 instead of 110 for that product. If I deactivate the Wholesale plugin, the cart is shown as normally priced: 110 per product with the addon selected.

    Bug 2.
    If a Wholesale user is logged in, the ‘Your price:’ is shown as discounted from the regular price, which is correct. However, the product option’s price is added to the higher normal price instead of the discounted price. And, of course, the option price is not shown discounted for the Wholesale role, as it should. For example, if the normal price is 100 and the wholesale price is 80 while the addon price is 10, the ‘Your price’ is shown as 80 (correct), and the addon price is shown as 10 (not correct, it should have been 8 for the Wholesale discount); and when added to Cart, the wholesale product price is shown 80 (correct) but the cart does not reflect the addon price (which is considered as 0 and not added to the product price) which should have been 88.

    In other words, products with price options are not correctly reflected on the Cart when the Wholesale plugin is active.

    As a side note, I have deactivated ALL the plugins in the shop and then activated them one by one, and it is the Wholesale plugin that causes this behavior. It is a problem for both the wholesale users and normal users because neither can pay the correct amount for their roles.

    Can you confirm/help with these bugs?

    Apologies for the delay in our response.

    1. I assume by the “addon option” you were pertaining to the option from the, Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce. If so we aren’t able to provide support here are we currently do not officially support the plugin. There’s an ongoing request for this so I’ll add a +1 in favor of it being developed but please keep in mind that we aren’t able to provide any ETAs when or if it’ll be developed but we will keep you in the loops. I suggest taking a look at alternatives that our plugin supports: Wholesale Suite Integrations – 3rd Party WooCommerce Extensions (wholesalesuiteplugin.com)
    2. For confirmation, are you running the Advanced Product Fields for Woocommerce plugin? Can you try deactivating it and see if the issues still persists?

    You mentioned that it’s a bug, did it work previously before the updates? As we currently do not have any official integrations with the plugin it could be due a new feature that was introduced. If it was working fine previously please reach out to our support form and we’ll provide you a download for the previous version.

    If you didn’t update our plugin but updated the Advanced Product Fields for Woocommerce, please try downgrading it and see if that fixes things.

    We’ll keep an eye out for your email for the previous version.

    Sorry for naming these issues “bugs”. All my plugins are up to date. I think your questions have answers in my first post. Yes, I am using Advanced product fields plugin for options, as firstly stated. That plugin works as intended IF I deactivate Wholesale (so in that sense, that plugin doesn’t “support” Wholesale). I can’t do it the other way around since I don’t have other options available. I will actually reconsider my options ??
