• UPDATE: I received a refund from the company, and they have removed the advertised money-back guarantee.

    I tested the free version, but not all features and templates were available. I asked support to clarify questions about the features, but they did not reply to my inquiries. But, since they advertise a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, I decided to try the PRO version.

    Unfortunately, the PRO version did not work for us (but may work for others). Note that the review data will reset (and delete) if you make any changes to the review. Having to sometimes make small edits to our reviews makes this plugin unusable for us.

    So, I asked for my money back. And then I heard back from their customer support! Suddenly, they had many questions and sent me a link to terms that clearly conflicted with the advertised money-back guarantee. When I demanded they honor the guarantee, they stopped responding.

    After posting this review, I did hear back and got my money back, and eventually, the money-back guarantee was removed from the site. I recommend trying to contact their customer service. We never received a reply (we have screenshots of our attempts despite the company saying otherwise below) and only pay for the PRO version if you hear back from their support.
