bugs in latest version (ii).. download, clear data not working

    Hi, I’m testing your plugin and considering its purchase. I noticed the following ‘bugs’ that I want to report to you:

    When a visitor ends a chat a prompt asking the user to Download or Delete chat data appears. Pressing any of the buttons doesn’t produce any result. Nothing downloads and if I press Delete a text saying ‘Processing’ appears and it never goes away. I had to hid the prompt via css because if I restart the chat it would stay on top of the bubbles.
