Bugs in 1.10.3

I am testing 1.10.3 and have found two issues:

1. Jigoshop admin

When on the Jigoshop admin pages it disables the drop downs from the WP menu on the left. Javascript conflict? Haven’t been able to dig.

2. Recalculation of totals on checkout when changing country

This doesn’t appear to function correctly, 1.9.6 which my live environment uses the totals change. Tested both with no other plugins and default theme of TwentyFourteen without any custom functions, same result.
